The On-Campus Recruiting Program allows employers to schedule a visit to campus to interview qualified applicants for full-time, co-op and internship positions. Career Services provides the interview facilities, advertises your job listing and assists you in setting up schedules of interviews according to your specifications. Optional information sessions may also be arranged the evening before interviews are scheduled. Career Services Online schedules and manages all on-campus interviews.

Career Services Online is an on-campus recruiting management tool that gives the employer more control in the recruiting process. It gives the employer hands-on involvement in setting up and maintaining their on-campus recruiting schedule. These features, along with the help of our Career Services staff, should help make your recruiting experience with UL Lafayette both advantageous and pleasant.
