Who is eligible to register online?
Only UL Lafayette alumni and students who are pursuing a degree from UL Lafayette are eligible to register.
What type of Internet browser should I be using?
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and later
- Netscape Navigator 4.0 or 5.0
Why can't I log in to the Experience program?
Make sure that you are entering your Username and Password exactly as it appears on your Policy Form
that was completed with Career Services.
I've forgotten my password. What should I do?
If you've forgotten your password, you can do one of two things:
- Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the Login page. You can enter your username and Experience will
automatically send your password to your email account.
- Go to Career Services with your current ID to have an administrator look up your account.
Why can't I apply for a particular job?
You cannot submit an application online for certain jobs because:
- The job is restricted to applicants who meet certain criteria (major, skills, grad date, etc.)
- You do not have "Interactive/Full Access", which allows you to submit online.
- The job does not have an associated interview schedule
I uploaded a document, but the formatting was altered during the PDF conversion. Why?
If you have uploaded a document that was not created using Microsoft Word, the conversion process may not
preserve the original formatting of the document. Make sure to always upload documents that were created
using Microsoft Word.
Once you have uploaded a document, it's a good idea to display and print the document to ensure the
formatting appears exactly as you intended. This is how prospective employers and career center
administrators will see the document.
